Mark immediately began practicing law in 2012 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School. He has a history of obtaining winning results for his clients through exemplary knowledge of the law and taking an aggressive and creative approach to his cases. He primarily practices in the counties of Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Waukesha, Washington, Dodge, and Fond du Lac. In addition to being licensed to practice law in Wisconsin, Mark also received his license to practice law in the State of Illinois and frequently litigates cases in and around the Chicago area.

Mark’s law practice is tailored to provide representation in both criminal law and civil litigation matters. Mark’s civil litigation practice involves representation of individuals who find themselves in need of an aggressive, proven attorney in State or Federal Court in the areas of personal injury, construction litigation, insurance law, real estate, creditor/debtor rights, collections, and similar disputes that require the assistance of the judicial system. His civil litigation practice is also focused on the representation of Wisconsin based companies of all sizes, including manufacturers, construction companies, contractors, and banks.

His criminal law practice entails representation of individuals facing felony and misdemeanor charges involving OWIs, drug possession, theft, battery, domestic violence, burglary, and many other types of criminal charges. He has successfully defended clients to achieve numerous dismissals as well as obtaining substantial reductions in the conviction of the crime itself from reducing felonies to misdemeanors or reducing misdemeanors to mere ordinance violations.

During his law school career, Mark interned at the Wisconsin Department of Justice in the Consumer Protection and Civil Litigation department where he focused on protecting consumers from fraud and deceit. In addition, Mark also interned in the litigation department at the publicly traded company, Zurich Insurance Group in Schaumberg, Illinois. Prior to law school, Mark attended the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Mark is a lifelong resident of Wisconsin and is committed to helping you through your difficult time.
